Who We Are
We are a Dance School based in Bollington near Macclesfield in Cheshire.
We run dance classes in Ballroom, Latin American, Classical & Modern Sequence, Freestyle & Street Dance from the complete beginner to the more advanced dancer.
All our teachers are qualified professionals with the IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association), and have had many years professional dancing & teaching experience
All our teachers are fully insured. And have been CRB/DBS checked and hold current certificates.
Peter Bailey /

Fellow and Examiner IDTA
Peter started dancing at the age of eight training in Ballroom, Latin American, Modern Sequence and Old Time.
After many successes as an amateur dancer Peter made the decision to take his Professional Exams and became a fully qualified teacher with the IDTA (International Dance Teachers’ Association).
Peter was appointed to the IDTA’s Board of Examiners in 2022
As a Professional Peter has won all four of the IDTA’s major dance awards
- Twice winner of The John Knight Fellowship Award.
- Winner of the IDTA Ballroom Branch – Arthur J Gallagher Award
- Winner of John Dilworth Award, Peter won this award out of a field of 713 other Professional Ballroom Dancers from around the world.
- Winner of the W J Tasker Award
As well as examining for the IDTA and training professionals for the rigorous IDTA exams Peter particularly enjoys teaching complete beginners and the satisfaction it brings watching them take their first steps around the dance floor.
Luella Revill /
IDTA (AL. LF. ARR. AB. AC.)
Luella stated to dance at the age of eight and has worked her way up the IDTA examination system to reach Presidents Award in Ballroom, Latin, Freestyle, Street and Rock & Roll. In addition to taking exams Luella has had many successes on the competition floor reaching many finals in Blackpool and recently winning a prestigious Latin competition held in the North West.
Luella is a fully qualified professional with the IDTA and teaches Freestyle, Street, Ballroom, Latin, Sequence and Cheerleading training pupils for competitions, shows and exams.
Katie Clayton /
IDTA (AB.)
Katie has been dancing from the age of eight working her way through the IDTA exam system. Two years ago Katie decided to further her dance training and has now passed her Associate in Ballroom to become a qualified teacher with the IDTA.
Katie teachers in our Adults classes, and is vital part of the team, she is particularly talented at helping our beginners take their initial steps on the dance floor.
